Posted in news on 10th January 2020

As a nitrogen gas supplier, Peak Gas Generation understands every aspect of nitrogen generation technology; from ensuring a generator meets our customers’ needs to on-site installation and support - we take care of everything for your peace of mind. However, we understand that making changes to your facility’s infrastructure and gas supply can be daunting – so to make things easy to understand, we’ve provided a brief summary.

Consultation

To begin with, a friendly and knowledgeable Peak sales consultant, backed up by a team of technical specialists, will discuss your application’s nitrogen requirements. This is to ensure we fully understand your facility needs and which gas generation system set-up will work best to meet these requirements. During the consultation stage we will visit your facility and engage with key personnel and stakeholders within your organisation, to fully grasp the business needs and scope of the project. Peak views consultation as an ongoing process, as we continually strive to find you the best solution and we will keep you fully informed from the initial pre-sale all the way through to aftersales support.

System design

Once we understand your specific needs in terms of the gas flow, pressure and purity you require from your nitrogen generator, as well as understanding the environment, space and infrastructure available within your facility, our expert team of technical specialists set to work. Drawing on their years of technological experience in gas generation, as well as industry experience with a broad range of customer applications (from food & beverages, to metal fabrication) - our technical specialists will utilise the latest software systems to design a full turn-key nitrogen gas generation solution to meet your current and future needs.

Procurement

Peak Gas Generation isn’t just your nitrogen gas supplier, we will project manage every aspect of implementing your nitrogen generation system, to ensure you find the entire process hassle-free. This means that we will manage all procurement and logistics for the equipment required for your nitrogen generator installation. What’s more, we utilise our extensive network of manufacturing partners, who are industry leaders in their own fields, to find the most cost effective & robust components for your facility.

Installation & commission

The entire installation and commissioning process is fully managed by Peak with one or two of our highly experienced gas generation field service engineers, carrying out the final installation, start-up and handover to your facilities staff. When they leave, you’ll be up and running, ready to start reaping the benefits of increased efficiency, greater productivity and profitability which your new Peak Gas Generation nitrogen generator will bring.

Our new relationship doesn’t stop there, as at Peak Gas Generation we don’t think of ourselves simply as a nitrogen gas supplier. Our expert field service engineers will always be on-hand to provide after-sales support so you can truly rely on us as your local gas generation partner.
